2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of these offerings—including the time, energy, and expertise involved—all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out to clarify if this service is right for you.

3. Client Responsibilities
After purchase, you will receive an email via Practice Better with access to your intake form. You must submit your completed form within 7 days of purchase to remain eligible for your audit and analysis. If the form is not submitted within this timeframe, delivery of services may be delayed or forfeited.

Once received, your personalized Loom video and audit will be delivered to you within 5 business days.
